Congregation Shaara T’fille is the only egalitarian Conservative Synagogue located in Saratoga Springs, NY.  Our congregation includes 125 families.  The congregation was originally chartered in 1912, and is one of the oldest congregations in the Capital District.  The synagogue was originally located on Broadway.

Now located on the outskirts of the city of

Saratoga Springs, the synagogue and its

congregation moved into its spacious new home

Text Box: Rabbi Cutler Joins Congregation Shaara Tfille

   Student Rabbi Adam Cutler will join the Congregation beginning with
a Friday evening service on September 19th.  His tenure is sponsored by the Legacy Heritage Fund Rabbinic Fellows Program in conjunction
with the Jewish Theological Seminary and the Rabbinical Assembly.  
He is a fourth year rabbinical student at JTS in New York City.

   A Toronto native, spent a year at Bar-Ilan University in Israel.  He earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science, and Near and Middle Eastern civilizations from the University of Toronto.  He is a Wexner Graduate Fellow at JTS and was a rabbinic intern for congregation Sons of Israel in Briarcliff Manor.

Please help us welcome Rabbi Cutler and his wife Debra to the congregation. 

Rabbi Cutler will be joining the congregation twice in November.
November 7-9 and November 21-23.
